Rapidly Reproducing Churches

A rapidly reproducing church is a group of believers who follow Christ by being outwardly focused instead of inwardly focused. This can exist in a church of any size or format. GEM isn't committed to any one format, and no one format works universally in Europe. But most existing evangelical churches and the majority of those that workers seek to start are small, simple gatherings of believers who meet in various informal settings.

GEM seeks to start churches that are focused on evangelism and moving toward multiplication from their inception. Missionaries must be dynamic and catalytic as they serve among the 821 million peoples of Europe and rely on European believers to carry the church forward.

The European church is in a season of change that is perhaps on the scale of the Reformation as believers make the Gospel relevant to a diverse, changing culture that finds no hope in former Christendom. This is an exciting time to partner with God in a pioneering movement and see Him lead in new directions.
