Greater Europe Mission Devotionals

Our desire is to make disciples of Christ in Europe, and for them to go and make disciples in all nations. As we make disciples, we also want to be good disciples of Christ. In early 2008 we inaugurated a season of prayer to seek God together, both to deepen our individual relationships with Him and to seek His heart for the people of Europe. We have prepared a series of devotionals to guide our times, and we invite you to join us in prayer.

Prayer for the Nations

This five-day devotional is designed to increase our understanding of the spiritual needs of all the peoples of Europe in preparation for the Day of Prayer May 20. Our heartfelt desire is to come before the throne of God in prayer for these nations. At the same time, it is often difficult to know how to pray. This booklet includes short summaries and prayer requests for 49 countries of Europe. We hope this will help us pray more strategically.

Fresh Encounter— 50 Days with God

This seven-week devotional is designed to help us encounter God in a fresh way… to capture, or recapture, a glimpse of who He is, His desire to commune with us and receive our worship. As we spend this time with God during each of the seven weeks, we hope to draw closer to Him and become more like Him.
