Assist missionaries and nationals on the field
Helping missionaries or nationals do their work is a key role within Greater Europe Mission. Those who assist mission leaders or national believers with administrative tasks participate in a variety of ministries. Others who serve in maintenance or facilities management enable ministry at places like Christian camps.
Ministry support often means spending time on your knees in addition to serving behind the scenes. For people gifted in these two areas, being a ministry-support staff person can be a platform to reach nationals for Christ.

The fact that GEM accepted me in a support position affirms that GEM truly believes in the Body of Christthat everyone has a gift from God to use in building up His Church in Europe. Kris, support staff, Portugal

My staff who serve behind the scenes at Camp of the Peaks quietly serve in cleaning, maintenance, and cooking as we host retreats and camps. These staff must have a humble, can-do attitude to make a meaningful impact with the French who rub shoulders with them. Mark Neddo, director, Camp of the Peaks
