Youth English Outreach

What: Youth English Outreach using Narnia and ImaginAir Curriculum
Where: Tilza, Latvia
When: June 26 - July 10, 2010
Recruiting: 2-3 additional team members needed

For these ImaginAir projects we will be working with nationals ministering in areas near their churches, in some cases living in Latvian homes.  We will have the opportunity to build relationships with children, and through them their families, to share the love of Christ.  Our ministry will be an encouragement to the small Christian community, and will open many doors for future witness for them. Teaching ImaginAir to Latvian children in 3 different towns, one town the first week and two neighboring towns the second week.

Share Christ while using your English

If you speak English and have a passion for people, TEFL is a ministry for you. TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) teachers use a Bible-based curriculum when possible and often have opportunities to share the Gospel with students.   • GEM missionaries in the Czech Republic used The Chronicles of Narnia as the theme of an English camp. Discussing the movie helped students learn Englishand it showed them that Jesus willingly gave His life for them.
