Vision

"God expanding His Kingdom through all the peoples of Europe to the world"

Fifteen million Muslim immigrants live in Europe, and the nearby Mediterranean is home to some of the least reached Muslim nations of the world. Furthering Christ's Kingdom among these followers of Islam is demanding.

To meet that demand, the Mediterranean Region focuses its work around four core values:

Competency - Equipped missionaries are effective missionaries.  That's why we welcome innovative thinking and have high on-field training requirements. Learning to speak to Muslims in their heart language and gaining a deep understanding of their culture are keys to working among the world's least reached peoples. As a ministry professional, you will be prepared and encouraged to develop creative and pioneering ministries that have a far-reaching influence.

Community - Healthy missionaries are effective missionaries.  Join a ministry team that fosters a shared vision, mutual care, and accountability. Grow personally in a team environment of love and acceptance. Grow professionally as you learn from and sharpen one other for more effective ministry.

Passion - Passionate missionaries are effective missionaries.  A passion for God, a passion for people, and a passionate belief in the power of prayer to transform individuals and communities is at the heart of our calling and the motivation for everything we do. 

Partnership - Connected missionaries are effective missionaries. Establishing healthy, reproducing fellowships of Christ-followers among Muslims won't be accomplished by us alone. A focus on long-term church partnerships and collaboration with other workers and nationals in the region provides the foundation on which our work is built.
